The studio

A small studio for people who care how it is built.

Senior hands, a short chain of command and a bias for shipping. We stay small on purpose so the people who plan the work are the people who do it.

Founder & principal engineer

A senior engineer-led studio. No layers between the brief and the build.

Muhammad Naeem

Founder & principal engineer

Muhammad Naeem is a senior full-stack engineer with 4+ years of experience building scalable web apps, backend systems and production AI workflows. His work spans Ralliy, an AI-native marketplace, field-operations tools and an offline-first mobile catalogue used across five Pakistani networks.

He leads architecture, writes most of the code and stays through the release. The studio exists to do that work without the layers that usually sit between a client and the person building the product.

The crew

The people around the work.

A small core team, plus specialists we bring in when the build needs them. The names below are being finalised — the roles are real.

Ayesha Khan

Product design

Turns messy requirements into flows, interfaces and a design system the build can actually follow.

Daniyal Ahmed

Mobile engineering

Flutter and native Android. Cares about offline behaviour, frame times and store reviews.

Sara Malik

QA & delivery

Writes the test plan before the feature is finished, and keeps releases from becoming surprises.

Hamza Raza

Cloud & DevOps

Deploys, observability and cost. Prefers boring infrastructure that wakes nobody up at night.

How we scale

Small core.
Deep bench.

We do not staff a project with whoever is free. The core team stays small, and we bring in people we have shipped with before for the parts the build actually needs.

01

Senior hands, no hand-offs

The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it. No account manager translating between you and the team.

02

Small scope, shipped early

We cut to the smallest release that proves the product, then improve it with real usage instead of a longer spec.

03

Own the boring parts

Permissions, empty states, offline behaviour, migrations and monitoring are part of the product, not cleanup.

04

Leave it readable

You get the repository, the infrastructure and a handover document. The code should make sense without us in the room.

Work with us

Tell us what you are making.

A short note about the product, the constraint and the deadline is enough. We will reply with a straight answer.
