Common questions.
How does an engagement start?
A short diagnostic: we look at the product, the constraints and the riskiest assumption, then send a written plan with scope, milestones and a price. No 40-page deck.
How long is a first release?
A focused first release is usually 4–10 weeks. Larger products are split into milestones so something useful lands early and the next decision is based on real usage.
Do you work with existing teams?
Yes. We start with an audit, work inside your conventions, and leave the repository and infrastructure in a state your team can run.
What does it cost?
Fixed-scope for a defined release, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You get a clear number before we start and a written change process if the scope moves.
A few things we have shipped.
Real products, released and running. No concept decks, no lorem-ipsum screens.
