A working product with a codebase your next engineer can read — not a demo that only works on the happy path.

How we approach it.

We take a product from a rough idea or a stalled prototype to something real people can use. That means scoping the smallest useful version, designing the data model, building the interface, and staying around for the unglamorous parts: permissions, empty states, errors and deploy.

01

Scope

A short discovery: who uses it, what the first release must do, and what we deliberately leave out.

02

Shape

Wireframes and a data model before code. We test the risky assumptions while they are still cheap to change.

03

Build

Weekly, reviewable increments. You see the real product in a browser, not a status deck.

04

Ship

Deploy, instrument, fix what real usage reveals, and document how to run it.

Questions.

Do you work with an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a short audit, fix the parts that block delivery, and then work in the same conventions as the existing team.

How long is a first release?

A focused first release is usually 4–10 weeks. Larger products are split into milestones so something useful lands early.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, accounts and infrastructure are yours from day one.

Need this built properly?

Tell us the problem and the deadline. We will reply with the shape of a first release and a straight answer on fit.
