What was in the way.
Async teams record constantly, then lose the file, the context and the feedback. The product had to make recording and sharing feel like one short action.

What we built.

Built screen and tab capture directly in the browser, with a clear recording state and fast upload path.

Added precision trimming, time-stamped comments and public or private share links.

Used Firebase for auth, Firestore and storage, and Cloudinary for video processing and delivery.

Kept the interface responsive and keyboard-friendly across desktop and mobile.
