01 — The problem
What was in the way.
Plan information is scattered across five carriers, activation codes live in screenshots, and most apps assume a connection. The brief was simple: make the whole catalogue feel like one product, open it instantly, and keep it useful when the network disappears.
02 — The work
What we built.

Shipped a 71-plan bundled catalogue so the app is useful before the first network call, then refresh the live catalogue on launch.
- 02
Built a free Cloudflare Worker + D1 API for 286 plans, with paging, search, network metadata and remote config.
- 03
Made the assistant deterministic and on-device — filters, scoring and answer templates, with no model API and no per-message cost.
- 04
Added favourites, trackers, compare, push notifications and a login gate only where sync actually needs an account.
03 — The result
What it does now.
A live catalogue of 286 plans across Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor and PTCL. The first launch fetches live data, the app still works offline, and the AI chat and guided finder cost nothing to run.
