What was in the way.
Hiring breaks down before the first message: clients write vague briefs, conversations scatter across tools, and payment protection is usually bolted on afterwards. Ralliy needed all three in one flow.
02 — The work
What we built.

Turned plain-language briefs and uploads into structured job posts with an LLM workflow, traced and versioned in Langfuse.

Built a schema-first NestJS + GraphQL backend on PostgreSQL and Prisma, with Redis and BullMQ for background work.

Added real-time chat over Socket.IO and GraphQL subscriptions, plus notifications that survive reconnects.

Wired Stripe Connect for fiat and USDC escrow, and deployed the stack on AWS ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, S3 and SES.
