What was in the way.
Structured JSON is expensive to send to an LLM: braces, quotes and repeated keys consume context that could be used for the actual task.

Built a converter that rewrites JSON into the more compact TOON format.

Kept the conversion in the browser so payloads never leave the device.

Added validation, copy and download so the output can go straight into a prompt or a repo.

A small utility that makes structured prompts cheaper to run, with no sign-up and no server round-trip.
