01 — The problem
What was in the way.
Quick decisions were getting buried in chat. The tool had to work where the conversation already happens, without asking people to learn a new app.
02 — The work
What we built.
- 01
Built poll creation and management on the web and inside Slack.
- 02
Added live results and a simple close/reopen flow for the poll owner.
- 03
Kept the Slack interaction lightweight so a poll can be created in a single message.
03 — The result
What it does now.
A small, focused tool that lets a team ask a question and get a clear answer without leaving Slack.
